Early Life
Moshe Kol was born in Jerusalem in 1995. Both of his grandfathers were contractors.
On his mother’s side, his grandfather, Shabbtay, and his brothers owned a large construction company called “Brother’s Barazni”, which played a significant role in developing and building roads across Israel during its early years. The company took on large-scale, sophisticated engineering and complex projects. On his father’s side, his grandfather, Moshe, was a building contractor who purchased lots, developed commercial buildings, and owned multiple businesses.
During his childhood, Moshe spent his summer breaks working alongside his father, Issachar, in his custom carpentry workshop and retail furniture store. It was through these early experiences that Moshe not only developed his entrepreneurial spirit but also learned the true essence of business from his father—a man known for his honesty, integrity, and generosity. Issachar was deeply respected and loved by everyone who knew him, and he instilled in Moshe the values of hard work and dedication.
Latter Years
In 2017, after completing his service in the IDF as a paratrooper in an elite combat unit, Moshe moved from Israel to Los Angeles. After gaining experience as a low-voltage and AV installer, he founded Next Tech Systems in 2016, a company providing home automation services to builders and homeowners across Los Angeles and its surrounding areas. Moshe has quickly made a name for himself; his reputation for quality work and great service spread rapidly across the high-end developments community
Present Life
As the head of a home automation company, leading multiple teams of installers, Moshe couldn’t resist his true passion for real estate and development. Determined to pursue his dream, he expanded his focus beyond automation. Today, he remains an active partner at Next Tech Systems, leveraging the extensive network he has built to assist the same clientele with their real estate, development, and wealth-building goals.
Moshe’s approach to real estate is rooted in service, not just sales. He provides his clients with more than just a transaction—he offers them access to his extensive network of trusted trade professionals, including architects, general contractors, plumbers, HVAC specialists, and other experts in the residential space. His mission is to help clients build real, long-term wealth through real estate, ensuring they make strategic decisions that go beyond simply buying or selling a home.
With a strong foundation in integrity, dedication, and a hands-on approach, Moshe fights for his clients in every deal with the same discipline and commitment he learned as a combat soldier. Yet, he remains grounded in the honest and fair values instilled in him by his mother, Limor, and his grandmother, Shoshana.
